Why I started Moving Memories to create life story videos:
Too many stories get lost when a loved one passes. After losing my dear Dad in 2018, without saving his story, I didn’t want others to have the same regrets. So I created Moving Memories to help people capture their stories and life memories in a beautiful legacy video that can be passed down through the family generations.
Working with everyday people to save the stories, memories and life lessons that have shaped them into who they are is a true privilege. It’s the best job in the world!
How we work together to capture your stories and memories:
Before we start working on your story, we’ll have a planning session together (either in person or online) to talk about what you want to achieve and discuss which life story questions you’d like to include in your video life story documentary. You can grab the list of 30 life story questions here.
It’s your story – and if there is some stuff you’d rather leave out, that’s totally fine – you decide what you want to share.
Every story is different, and I want to be sure that you are happy with the results, so I will be guided by you.
